A gamified skincare quiz for Biotherm

A quiz-based, interactive experience that helps customers discover Biotherm's skincare range — and ends by recommending the right product. For a L'Oréal brand.

The brief

Biotherm wanted customers to discover its skincare range by playing, not by reading a product page: a quiz-based, interactive experience that turns product knowledge into a game.

What we built

An interactive, gamified quiz across Biotherm's skincare products. Customers answer short questions, get instant feedback as they go, and finish with a product recommendation matched to their answers.

Why it matters

The same techniques we use for learning games — short questions, immediate feedback, a reason to keep going — work just as well for teaching people about a product range, and for guiding them to the right choice at the end.
