Construct 3 game development

A Construct studio, not a Construct freelancer. We have built games in Construct since the Construct 2 days — more than 150 of them, for publishers, EdTech companies and agencies. When you hire us you get game design, 2D art, development and testing from one team that already knows the engine's edges.

What we do in Construct 3

  • New games — from a single mini-game to a curriculum series sharing one set of mechanics.
  • Construct 2 → Construct 3 upgrades — projects brought onto the current runtime, with the plugins that no longer exist replaced.
  • JavaScript inside Construct — game logic in proper scripts where event sheets get unwieldy, so the project stays maintainable as it grows.
  • Multiplayer — Construct 3 clients connected to a real-time server (we use Colyseus); see multiplayer learning games.
  • Fixes and re-styles — taking over someone else's project, finding the bug, re-skinning it for a new brand.
  • Exports — HTML5 for the web, wrapped for app stores and webviews, or for kiosks.

Why Construct for learning games

It produces small, fast HTML5 games that load quickly on school networks and run on low-end Chromebooks and tablets — and it lets a series of twenty games share one engine, so the twentieth costs far less than the first.
