The brief

A library of educational Flash games was about to stop working everywhere. The client needed every game rebuilt to play in modern browsers and on tablets — and then wanted new games that looked and played like the originals.

What we did

Migrated the library subject by subject:

Subject Games
Biology Memory Match · Walk the Plank · Aquatic Biomes · Terrestrial Biomes
Dinosaurs Classification · Builder · Rescue · Trivia · Memory Match · Sound Trivia · Dino Gulp
Astronomy Astronomy Builder · Astronomy Slider · Constellation Identification · Alien Abduction · Astronomy Memory Match · Stellar Classification
Geography Treasure Hunt · State & Capital Match Machine · Continental & Ocean Match · World Pirate Defense
Spelling Spellify · Farkle Frog · Letter Drop

Each game kept its rules, art, sound and scoring — rebuilt, not emulated.

Then designed new games in the same style, so the library kept growing after the migration.

Since then

The same method has rescued Flash games for UpDigital (2022–2023), Velibor Hrast (2022) and hyperactive (2020).
