The brief

P&G wanted to train internal leaders on the kind of business decisions they actually face — not with slides, but by letting them make the decisions and live with the consequences.

What we built

An interactive scenario game. Each scenario puts the player in a realistic business situation and offers several options. Choices branch the story, so different decisions lead to different outcomes — and the game shows the player why.

  • Branching scenario logic — a decision tree per scenario, easy to extend with new ones.
  • A second project, "Video Game Scenarios", added further scenarios to the programme.
  • Runs in the browser, so it slots into existing training sessions with no install.
